Découper la peau de poulet en petits morceaux. Laisser mariner une heure avec le reste des ingrédients. Enfiler dans des brochettes en intercalant des morceaux de chair, des morceaux de poivron, de peau et d'oignon. Faire cuire au canoun(barbecue).
